The story is about Costco discontinuing half-sheet cakes. I don’t know if the cake in the picture was purchased from Costco or not. However, a choice was made as to which cake message to include in the piece, and I think transgender person pride is a great one to showcase, thank you.
Enjoy the photo. Cake or not, equality feels more than a delicious bite of cake, it feels like being able to live life as a person’s authentic self.
The retail giant has no immediate plans to bring them back. Customers are not happy.
