This week’s photograph was taken at San Francisco’s de Young Museum @DeYoungMuesum, while on vacation, of the The Summer of Love Experience: Art, Fashion, and Rock & Roll | de Young.

When you walk towards the museum, you’re greeted with light posts that show how much the world has learned to love better, and also how much farther it will need to go. I’m sure that 50 years ago a person could be arrested in this park for seeking the company of someone of the same sex. Now, it’s the law of the land that they must be able to live happily ever after.

Best All Gender Restroom implementation I have ever seen

I also spied the best implementation of all gender restrooms I have ever seen, better than even the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco. Why? Because the Museum didn’t hire a construction crew to make their bathrooms safe, they used education. The simplest innovations are always the best.

Rest of my photographs are below. Nice view of the new Salesforce tower rising above San Francisco, as well as the UCSF Parnassus campus.

Thank you for a truly inclusive experience, impressive even from where I live, in the future. Have I ever mentioned that I love this century?
