As with previous recipes:
- No added sugar
- No refined grains
- No industrial bean/seed/vegetable oils
The fat comes from dairy and almond flour is used, so if you are prone to things like kidney stones, be careful (due to the oxalate content of almonds)
I am painfully (and motivationally) aware that food photography is an art form in and of itself, and I am not very good at it yet. Luckily, this is my RSS feed so I can be the best at getting better.
