I didn’t see much online written about sidewalk yoga, so I selected this photograph for Photo Friday.
I took this week’s photograph right after a virtual walking meeting (that’s where both people are on the phone, in different locations, walking at the same time). This class was being conducted right in the middle of the Logan Circle neighborhood.
How great is it that people are willing to model health as a group, and to visualize health as you are talking about health? Very.
(It’s what happens in our nation’s most social city!)
