Shared Health Data » Meaningful Use of HIT Starts with Patient Access to Records

I am repeating the Fisher study among a group of veteran patients who had electronic access to their (almost entire) VA health record.

The above is from colleague and Pacific Northwesterner Susan Woods, MD, MPH, who has started her own blog with the title of this post. Her work within the Department of Veterans Affairs is going to add a lot of information to what we know about providing patients and family access to their health care information. I’m definitely tuning in, and you should too.
