This one is easy because it’s from a mix, which also makes its ingredients easier to procure :).
If you’re going to stress-bake (with or without stress-photography), might as well do it in a way that doesn’t threaten your metabolic health.
This recipe has:
- No grains (refined or whole)
- No added sugars
- No vegetable oils
- only healthy 🧈 fat
