Photo Friday + Recipe: Low Carbohydrate Mason Jar Ice Cream

This week’s photograph is also a recipe, for delicious low carbohydrate, healthy fat ice cream.

As with the other recipes here, there’s no added sugar, no industrial bean/seed vegetable oils, only real 🥛 fat.

As predicted, there was no rise in blood sugar following ingestion.

There are a bunch of mason jar ice cream recipes online. I didn’t use this exact one, however it was the inspiration for me choosing and making this dessert.
