Like the other recipes I’m sharing, this one is low carbohydrate, healthy fat, with
- no added sugar
- no industrial bean/seed/vegatable oils
- no refined grains
(this is probably obvious from the photograph)
Impact on blood glucose
As expected, when part of an overall low-carbohydrate, real-food thanksgiving meal, there was minimal to no glucose excursions, as measured by a continuous glucose monitor

I’m posting recipes here because so many of the recipes I see that are labeled as “healthy” really aren’t, containing massive loads of refined food products, glucose, and fat.
