Thank you (again) for using one of my photographs, @DCPolicyCenter, in this excellent analysis of the distribution of loans in our nation’s capital.

The photograph is of 14th Street, NW, formerly destroyed in 1968 and rebuilt in this century. What is not apparent is several of the businesses in the photo are at reduced capacity or have ceased operations (The Peet’s Coffee).

Our lives can change overnight. Remember.
