A long-forgotten railway and a brickyard may be behind Trinidad’s diagonal street grid. Thousands of DC students had trouble getting to school due to issues with the “Kids Ride Free” SmarTrip card. Arlington officials are trying to figure out how to pay for WMATA’s proposed service increase.
