These are examples of meals served at either health profession driven meetings, or meetings driven by citizens (with physicians) focused on metabolic health. Can you tell which is which?

These are examples of meals served health profession-driven meetings. Clearly the choice architecture is not health promoting. Noting the food is (a) processed, (b) insulinogenic, and in this case, plant-based.

The Citizen Scientist Meetings (in collaboration with health professionals)

The insulin affordability crisis was not caused by high carbohydrate diets, and it will not be solved by low-carbohydrate diets. It intersects with a significant increase in insulin resistance and related conditions including diabetes type II and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.
