Thank you to the @LownInstitute community in Washington, DC this week for #Lown2018 for allowing me to spend time with people who ask really good questions, including Carla Berg (pictured above) – @Synergista, the (in)famous @MightyCasey, the effective @chcosts, and the @ShannonBrownlee.

I tend to seek out rooms of people in this situation, and fortunately, people in these rooms find me too. My instagram and flickr feeds are full of these images. They (the people and controlling health and life destinies both) delight me beyond belief.

This century is a doctor’s/citizen’s/human’s best friend 🙂 .
