Currently on display, at @BuildingMuseum, Washington, DC, about work to rehabilitate a destroyed nation’s capital.
Many questions about what we’ve learned, 50 years later.
The gem in this display is the documentary film from 1971, “The People and the Police,” featuring a young Marion Barry, whose influence and charisma are clearly visible, and other blow your mind conversations, both horrifying and hopeful, between and among the police and the citizenry of 1968-1973 Washington, DC.
The rest of my photos are below. Much to consider.
