This is my February Now Update based on a movement created by Derek Sivers
Greetings from Washington, DC (of course) and welcome to my ninth now update.
My Now (@NowNowNow) Profile is visible at Link: Ted Eytan, MD Profile on NowNowNow.com

This update is nice and brief.
- I am getting ready for Low Carb Breckenridge – #LCB18
-
In this post, I wrote a wish list of items I want to follow up on: Just Read: Evidence that supports the prescription of low-carbohydrate high-fat (or healthy-fat) diets: a narrative review
- I’m doing some extra reading on Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease (NAFLD) between now and then
- Noting, from the recently published DIETFITS study, that the potential impact of the high carbohydrate diet on incidence of NAFLD is not discussed. I have questions about this because of the significant lipid changes noted in the study subjects.
And this tweet, from the future:
People always ask me what Iβm rushing to get back to in Washington, DC. Itβs usually not one thing – just the enjoyment of living in the future πβοΈ#AsDCGoesSoGoesTheNation #TransVisibility #LGBTQ #EqualityEqualsHealth #KPPride @TransPrideDC @CapitalPrideDC β€οΈ DC π³οΈβππΊπΈ pic.twitter.com/skP6BeJHmG
