Thanks for publishing my photograph, Independent Journal Review (@TheIJR) on this story about Sarah Silverman’s (@sarahksilverman) visit with a family living in Chalmette, Louisiana, on her show, I Love America (@ILYAmerica).
The photo, of course, is from the steps of the United States Supreme Court, April, 2015, and adorns the article where Silverman asks the family about their thoughts on gay marriage. And the answer, volunteered without any hesitation whatsoever (watch the clip):
“All for it,†Brandy declared. “Love is love in all of our eyes. We don’t judge.
There are clearly generation differences in the dialogue, and the clarity is that a new generation embraces the concept of “you are who you are.”
Love always wins + I love this century 🙂 .
You can watch the clip for yourself:
“When it came to discussing gay marriage, it served as another example that your vote doesn’t necessarily define your entire view.”Source: Sarah Silverman Is No Trump Fan, But See What Happens When She Sits Down With a Family of His Supporters
