Thanks for publishing my photo @TheSocietyPages. It was taken in front of the White House in February, 2017 – seems like so long ago.

And yes, there’s plenty of research on that, including this well done work just published in the American Journal of Public Health: Just Read: Transgender Women of Color are Murdered Much More Often – American Journal of Public Health

There’s much more that the health care system can do than it currently realizes – beyond delivering medically supervised transition and other services – changing the way society understands the spectrum of gender using science.
