Thanks, always, for using my photos @LAWeekly. They are there to be used to help the world learn to love better.

In this case, though, I am just wondering, with all of the transgender pride flag photos I have taken, couldn’t one of those be used instead?

PS. Washington, DC was first in this space (Thanks for publishing my photo, TheInkLine in Oregon allows third gender option – (Except that Washington, DC is actually the first)). Because in this century, as Washington, DC goes, so goes the nation 🙂 .

There could soon be a third choice of genders on California driver’s licenses. A proposal to allow a “nonbinary” option on IDs is on Gov. Jerry Brown’s desk.
