
This is a photograph taken from a relatively new view in Washington, DC, at the top of the Atlantic Plumbing building.
The piece it’s published with (linked below) refers to the Richmond model of reducing community violence, by treating it as a public health issue. I’ve written about the Richmond model previously on this blog, as I met its creators in 2015. Good to see that Washington, DC is adopting it, albeit with some uncertainty.
