This is a view from a relatively new pool deck, at the intersection of 4th Street, SE and Tingey, in Washington, DC. As you can tell, the skyline, and the completeness of the streets, has been changing in the Navy Yard part of our capital. I was here as part of the kickoff of Washington, DC’s Capital Pride weekend (@CapitalPrideDC).
