
Once a year, Washington, DC residents get together to replant historic Vermont Avenue, Northwest, in the U Street Corridor. Vermont Avenue, Northwest was frequented by leaders including Abraham Lincoln, Martin Luther King, Jr., and the parents of the modern day LGBTQ rights movement.
