This week’s photograph was taken at the Transgender Health Information Program Offices, which is a service of Vancouver Coastal Health Authority (@VCHHealthCare), in Vancouver, British Columbia.
We were in Vancouver as part of KP Lantern, the human centered design project Kaiser Permanente’s Innovation Consultancy (@KPInnovation) is doing to understand transgender person health and health care.
Here’s the bulletin board next to it. The positive images affirm the value of the people being served as well as the commitment of the health professionals that serve them.

I’ll be posting more about our experience in Vancouver next week. In the meantime, enjoy the inspiration 🙂 .
