I haven’t been to Gravelly Point for a little while (see: Photo Friday: Take off from the #epicenter | Ted Eytan, MD). It has one of the best views of aviation in the United States.
The last time I went, I had to drive there, because there wasn’t yet a bicycle sharing system in our city. Now it is easy to arrive at Gravelly Point using active transportation, in order to watch passive transportation. I have a much better appreciation of that difference now as well.
