Center for Total Health July Technology Focus: Google Glass and Future Health LIVE

What would you like to see covered or what ideas do you have for Google Glass? Please post in the comments!

July’s tech focus will be live streamed in high definition video on July 11, 2013 at 3pm EST, with a small number of studio audience spots for people who would like to come to the Center for Total Health in Washington, DC (@kptotalhealth). Register for either here.

The Google Glass and Future Health meetup was such a huge success (see: Embracing Curiosity: Google Glass DC and Future Health meetup | Ted Eytan, MD) that we’re coming back , in the new exciting format of the Kaiser Permanente Center for Total Health Technology Focus.

The Center for Total Health has not received its pair yet (but we will have it on July 12, 2013), so we’re still enjoying the generosity and enthusiasm of the team from Washington, DC based Silica Labs (@silicalabs), who will:

  • Do a live demonstration from the Center for Total Health future exam room
  • Connect live, with us, to the Kaiser Permanente Garfield Innovation Center (@KPGarfield) in San Leandro, California
  • Interact with a panel of local health experts to talk about the possibilities of this exciting technology

Please remember to register at this link to get access and if you are local, to claim one of the studio audience seats. We’re working hard to make this interesting, especially given that this is a device we’ve never used before and don’t know what the possibilities are – embrace curiosity.

Don’t worry if for some reason you can’t make it online or in person – we are archiving these events to YouTube. You can see the last one (the first one ever) here: Kaiser Permanente Center for Total Health May Technology Focus : Vital Connect – YouTube | Ted Eytan, MD
