Sign up for this month’s Community Tour of Center for Total Health – Focus on Social Entrepreneurs

Inspired by the many impromptu tours I have conducted here, alongside the networking and learning (two-way) that has happened (Check out: A New Definition of Total Health – HealthyComms | Ted Eytan, MD), we’ve setting up Community/Entrepreneur Tours of the Center for Total Health.

The second one, November 2, 2012, at 10:00 am welcomes everyone, especially Social Entrepreneurs, based on my experience connecting with many of them at Net Impact 2012 (see: Why Place Matters – at Net Impact Conference 2012 | Ted Eytan, MD).

This month’s tour will also include Health for America (@health4america)’s Kapil Parakh, MD, MPH, PhD, a cardiologist and one of Health for America’s Co-founders.

Why? Because you:

  • Want to see the Kaiser Permanente Center for Total Health
  • Have Been to the Center for Total Health for an event but didn’t have time to “see” it
  • Are interested in Total Health and want to network with others

I’ll be the tour guide, walking you through the history and interactive exhibits describing Total Health, while you network with colleagues similarly interested the future of health and health care.

Last month’s tour was a huge success, thanks to the contributions of Scott Emmert (@sceemmert) and special unexpected guest BJ Fogg (@bjfogg) and his partner Denny.

For maximum interaction and comfort, the tour group size is limited to 20 participants, so sign up soon.

I am hosting these monthly, as a place to convene, meet, explore, learn, teach.
