Invasion of the Social Media Body Snatchers, Part III: Sane Use of Social Media by Physician Assistants

Invasion of the Social Media Body Snatchers, Part III: Sane Use of Social Media – JAAPA.

This is the third and final series in Jim Anderson, PA-C’s ( @HITorMISSPA ) writing about social media in the world of the Physician Assistant. In this post, he talks about having a good social media policy, and references Kaiser Permanente’s (which anyone is welcome to look at and use)

Something Jim said in his e-mail to me about this last post is as important as what he says in the post:

Going to national PA conference next week, it will be a good measure of where PAs are at with social media use.

Part of the change that is happening across the healing professions around social media is occurring because those who are social using technology are also social in general, bringing their leadership with them to all of the face to face worlds they inhabit.
