Two Videocasts on Innovating in Large Organizations

Professor Vijay Govindarajan ( @vgovindarajan , blog ) the Earl C. Daum 1924 Professor of International Business at the Tuck School of Business, is in a pair of videocasts, with Harvard Business School and The Economist, talking about frugal/reverse innovation, and innovation in large organizations. I’m currently reading his new book, The Other Side of Innovation: Solving the Execution Challenge (Harvard Business Review), and will review it here in the near future.

This issue seems to be a semi-hot topic among people I know, and fortunately Professor Govindarajan is optimistic that both can be done successfully, with some discipline, see what you think
