I have to say, and I know that Paul knows this, that it's surprising that in 2009 this is being portrayed as a huge innovation where models like Group Health Cooperative and Kaiser Permanente have been in place for over 60 years. Just the way this was discussed made it seem like the reporter has never seen coordinated primary care before – it really does exist!
