Impressive visualization of individual impact on global problems – Japanese Government food sufficiency video

I found this in Jay Parkinson's Tumblog (where a lot of cool things come from) and it's very impressive. The video does a fantastic job of visualizing the interconnections between individual behavior and societal problems of health and food sufficiency.

I think this would be the perfect approach for a video looking at American health care, talking about the use of technology, information transparency, and patient engagement, don't you?

"As a result, our lives will be enriched by high quality primary care and prevention, and the United States will be a leader in supporting a healthy and productive workforce" (that's my version of the closing lines)
