I was in California this week, and took this photograph at the Sidney R. Garfield Health Care Innovation Center ( @kpgarfield ) , at a training I was at. It shows the entrance to a new model of medical office that was built inside of the center, to prototype new technologies and workflow in 21st century health care. I was here previously when there was just a low fidelity version built with press board – the high fidelity version, besides looking good, helps clinicians understand how to plan care in ways not imagined with current office footprints.
