I had previously blogged about their myHERO patient portal, which is helping patients with HIV/AIDS manage their health better. Note the work underway on leveraging cell phones. There is a lot of innovation going on in these settings, because innovation is required to connect with patients who want to be connected. That’s a great feedback loop.
