I liked it – it's informative of a new medium that will ultimately help patients be involved and a health system to be accountable. That's the goal.

Nice nod to leadership: "There are two key issues. First is leadership. Without strong visionary leadership, no strategy will be executed effectively." This can be challenging in healthcare. Luckily, our patients and their families want to help.
